Olive Oil Master class with Geoffrey Davies of the Italian Olive Oil Company- May 8th 6:30-8:00 pm


Geoffrey is an olive oil expert who specialises in sourcing and importing the finest single estate, first cold pressed Italian extra virgin olive oil.




Geoffrey will explain the production method of the oil that he imports.
Six different oils from different regions will then be tasted, followed by an open discussion of the sensory profiles.
Geoffrey will also touch on what Italian chef’s use each oil for; and how they blend the subtle flavours together to produce some of the finest dishes in the world.
