Sue and Rupert have been brain storming all morning in the kitchen, and have created a magnificent menu for pancake day tomorrow.

Caramelised cheese and onion crepes made using buckwheat. Served with potato wedges and salad £6.75

Pancake beef lasagne. Served with potato wedges and salad £7.00

Tunisian style Feuilles de brick with mushrooms, spring onion and egg. Served with potato wedges and salad £6.75

Chickpea flour crepes with red onion and green chilli. Served with potato wedges and salad £6.75
