Come and enjoy an outside yoga class
next to our beautiful lake. Embrace the
elements and practice yoga under the sun, in the breeze and, maybe, the
occasional rain shower. Then treat
yourself to a healthy juice & piece of home-made cake in our café!
Classes will be led by Kate Gregory, a
British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher who runs several local classes. Beginners are very welcome.
The class will run in most weathers. However if it is really wet, windy or cold
please check our facebook page www.facebook.com/limecrossnurserypage to find out if the class is on. Classes will be
held on the grass but mats will be provided.
The ground is a little uneven but this will help you practice your
balance poses.
Classes will start on Friday 15th May and
run from 9.30-10.30am. Arrive
from 9.15 and make your way down to the lake.
£5 per class. Drop-in, no
need to book, and please pay Kate direct.
Kate will provide mats,
just remember to wear some layers in case it’s a chilly morning and bring a
blanket for final relaxation.
