Lynne's approach is to make Tai Chi accessible for everyone, she has a wealth of experience and creates a nurturing and serene environment. TAI CHI can be practiced on many levels. Training generally starts with Hand Forms; often referred to as 'meditation in movement' ideal for those looking for health benefits through a more gentle exercise. The slow controlled movements encourage the smooth flow of chi (energy) around the body; breathing becomes deeper bringing about a sense of calm, while improving balance and stability, increasing stamina and flexibility and aiding co-ordination.

Create an Enchanting Stumpery

We have a magnificent range of hardy ferns that can be used to create a stumpery. Stumperys are as the name implies; garden features comprised of stumps arranged upside-down or on their sides to show the root structure and logs, driftwood or large pieces of bark and moss and ferns growing in and around them. Add hosta's and hellebore's too, as illustrated by Prince Charles, who has created a truly dreamy stumpery ay Highgrove.

Dsicover Sparkling Wine from Carcassonne

Sample a truly outstanding style of sparkling wine (available in the UK exclusively through Lime Cross Nursery- for now) at our try before you buy wine tasting. 
Ever want something different from Champagne, Prosecco or Cava.. well... here is the answer. 

Our dear conifer producing friends at Pépinière des Laurains who are located close to the Champagne region of France, are also producers of outstanding sparkling and still wine. Ironically not from Champagne, but from Limoux in the south which is close to the medieval city of Carcassonne. 

They make two sparkling wines and one still. The first sparkling in a Blanquette de Limoux, which is made in a very similar way to Champagne; in style it is more fruit driven as well as being refined and complex in the same way as Champagne. Their  Blanquette méthode ancestrale, as the name suggests is produced using an ancient method invented in 1531, the result is a low ABV wine of 8% and higher sugar, this wine is heavenly, an explosion of apple pie, caramel and biscuit with a zippy acidity to balance it out, great for starting the night with or finishing it with a dessert. The third wine is their still Chardonnay, which is full-bodied, elegant and super smooth, a real food wine that will work with chicken and fish dishes.
